Not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews. I feel they are reasonably priced, they have a variety of options, and tastes delicious. I've used them twice so far and hopefully when I use them again for a third time I'll get the same great service!

I have been routinely satisfied by the food at Flaming Wok, more so than any other Chinese restaurant in town. I have ordered take out and delivery, and never had any issues. The food, especially the meat, seems higher quality than most places, and they use good quality white meat for their chicken dishes. Definitely recommend!

Good food. Great delivery service. Love the shrimp fried rice. Big shrimp, good flavor. The white meat general tso chicken is also good. Great neighborhood Chinese spot.

This is as close to authentic Chinese food as you're going to get on the east side of Madison. I am half Chinese so decent Chinese food for me is important. The food here is very good and service is fast. There is a small dine-in area, but I recommend take-out and ordering online from their website. Potstickers here are delicious!

I've had enough with Flaming Wok. I learned tonight from the delivery driver that Fortune Cookies now cost 50 cents. Up until tonight they were free, and were included in most of my orders, unless they forgot, which they did rather frequently.
I called them and the woman I spoke to was absolutely hostile when I tried to explain the situation. I could hardly explain my grievances without her screaming on the phone. Extremely unprofessional.
I order about $25/week from them so it surprised me that they were going to tack on an extra 50 cents. It's not the cost, it's the principal. Im sure they are monetizing a $2 box of hundreds of cookies for profit gain.
As much as I enjoyed their food, have decided that I will never order from them again as they seem to favor the bottom dollar over repeating customers.
Shame on you for not even attempting to listen to your customers when they are voicing a complaint.
